SEQUENCE

 

Spread over a period of 4 months, the program will allow a profound cogitation and learning transfer in the workplace by adding practical exercises where the participant will be able to experiment notions and tools acquired at each phase of the program.

 

 

METHODOLOGY

 

The program focuses on the cogitation and the experimentation of one's behaviours while in a leadership position. A judicious choice of exercises will allow everyone to properly understand and adapt the theoretical aspects of the program.

 

Each participant will also receive a personalized profiles relating to: 

  • His social style
  • His leadership style
  • His competencies

 

Many tests and questionnaires will also allow the participant to examine his approach to different sides of leadership.

 

Moreover, a 360° assessment on different themes of the program is possible (optional). This evaluation provides the participant with the perception of his colleagues on his leadership and helps him define his learning objectives.
